 FAQs

  • First we start by foam rolling, then some stretching, mobility and activation, a quick dynamic warm-up, and then lift. On some days we will include some conditioning work at the end.

  • Liv Willard owns Anchor Performance.

  • Anchor Performance sees clients from 5am-7pm.
